We already make vaginal probiotic capsules. This is the version for anyone who'd rather chew than swallow, with a label just as short. Before you try it, here's what we'd want to know if we were you 👇

1. What "1 Billion CFU" actually means. CFU is Colony Forming Units, the count of live bacteria per serving. Each 2-gummy serving gives you 1 Billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus reuteri, the two species you'll find in most women's probiotic research. We print the species on the label so you know exactly which ones you're getting, not a "proprietary feminine blend."

2. Why pineapple. And what pineapple does NOT do. Each serving has 100 mg of real pineapple fruit powder (Ananas comosus) plus 20 mg of vitamin C for antioxidant support, and the flavor is natural pineapple, nothing artificial. You may have read that pineapple "changes how you taste." We're not going to tell you that, because there's no good evidence for it. Pineapple is here because it makes a daily gummy worth looking forward to. That's the honest answer.

3. Zero sugar, 10 calories, and it's still a real gummy. 0 g total sugar per serving. Sweetened with maltitol and isomalt (sugar alcohols), set with pectin instead of gelatin, colored with fruit and vegetable juice. Vegan, gluten-free, no artificial colors or flavors. Because sugar alcohols can be a bit much in large amounts, stick to the 2-gummy serving: it's plenty.

4. How to take it: • 2 gummies a day, with a meal. 60 gummies = 30 days. • Same time every day beats perfect timing. Breakfast works for most people. • Give it 2 months of consistent use before you decide. Probiotics work slowly and quietly, not overnight. • Keep the bottle cool and dry, cap closed. Heat is the enemy of both gummies and live cultures.

5. Who should check with their doctor first: anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, under medical supervision, or under 18. Stop if you notice any reaction. (Full label in English and French, we'd rather over-share than under-share.)

6. Yes, it smells. Here's why we left it that way.

Our first customer review of Pure Nattokinase came in this week. 5*, and one line we want to answer in public:
"These have a pretty strong and, to me, unpleasant kind of smell."

Fair. Here's the full story.

Nattokinase is an enzyme pulled out of real fermented natto, and the smell of that fermentation travels with it. Inside a sealed bottle it builds up, so the first opening is always the strongest. It fades over a few days of normal use, and the capsule itself has no taste at all.
We could have added a masking fragrance or a flavour coating. We didn't, because the whole point of this product is a label you can read in one breath: nattokinase, a plant capsule, and nothing else. A nattokinase bottle that smells of nothing usually means something was added, not that something was improved.
Three things that help: • Keep the cap tightly closed between doses, store it somewhere cool. • Take the capsule out, close the bottle, then drink. Don't breathe in over an open bottle. • If the smell ever turns sour or chemical instead of fermented and savoury, stop and email us.
And the other thing that review mentioned, taking it on an empty stomach: capsule + water the moment you wake up, coffee 30 minutes later. Anchor it to waking, not to breakfast, and it stops being a chore.

We spent a year on this one. Not to add more ingredients, but to take them out.

Before you try it, here's what we'd want to know if we were you 👇

1. "2,000 FU" is not "2,000 mg." Each capsule holds 100 mg of nattokinase enzyme, standardized to 2,000 FU (Fibrinolytic Units). Milligrams measure weight; FU measures how active the enzyme actually is. Two products can have the same mg and very different FU. We print both on the label so you never have to guess.

2. It's a single enzyme. On purpose. No serrapeptase, no lumbrokinase, no "proprietary enzyme blend" with hidden ratios. Just nattokinase from fermented non-GMO soybeans, in a plant-based capsule (hypromellose — no gelatin). Our brand line is less is more, and this is what it looks like in a bottle.

3. It's vitamin K2-free — and that's deliberate. Natto the food is naturally rich in vitamin K2. Our capsules contain only the purified enzyme; the K2 is removed during extraction. A lot of people search specifically for "nattokinase without K2." If you take anything that affects blood clotting, please talk to your doctor before starting any nattokinase.

4. How to actually take it (this matters for enzymes): • 1 capsule a day, 90 capsules = a full 90-day supply • On an empty stomach: 30–60 min before a meal, or 2 hours after • With a full glass of room-temperature water — skip the hot coffee, heat and enzymes don't mix • Honest heads-up: the bottle smells like fermented natto when you open it, strongest on day one. That's the real enzyme, not a masking fragrance. The capsule itself has zero taste. • Easiest way to keep the empty-stomach rule: capsule + water the moment you wake up, coffee 30 minutes later.

5. Who should skip it: anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to soy, with a bleeding disorder, or taking medication that affects coagulation. Stop 7 days before surgery. Adults 19+ only. (Full warnings are on the label in English and French — we'd rather over-share than under-share.)
