🍂 A little reminder as we head into fall…

As the weather starts to cool down, our skin can start to feel a little different, too! Cooler air, indoor heating, and changes in humidity can leave skin feeling drier, tighter, or a little more sensitive than usual.

A few simple things that can help your skin transition into the season:

🤎 Moisturize while your skin is still slightly damp to help lock in hydration.

🤎 Don't over-exfoliate. If your skin is feeling dry or irritated, it may need more hydration and a little less exfoliation.

🤎 Keep wearing your SPF! Even when it's cloudy or chilly, protecting your skin is still important.

And one more reminder, especially for all the women who spend so much time taking care of everyone else: it's okay to make a little time for yourself, too. ❤️
