Three things I won’t do on myself and recommend behind the chair…

I will be honest I am not the most gentle on my hair. However these things are important. Healthy scalp means hair growth and that is key.

There is nothing wrong with scheduling out a break from wefts. Plan it through a weekend when you don’t have plans. Or a couple days during work week & wear it up.

That’s not for everyone and I understand, we love all the hair!

Monday moms day off. We get s**t done ✅

It’s not all business we play hard too 👌🏼

I love Monday to reset. Going into the week feeling set up for success makes my mental load that much lighter. Not every week goes this way but I make it a goal to check a couple things off the list.

Because by Thursday I will thank the high heavens 😂 🫠

I have been a little busy. We have had a lot of big moments around here 🫶🏻

Rhett woke up on his birthday and had his first loose tooth. We adventured on the jet boats. Rode his dirt bike all around the yard. Learning new skills behind the chair. Eating seasonal foods that feed the soul ☀️
