Week 1: We keep it very gentle and focus on helping with swelling and fluid. No hard pressure.

Week 2: We’re still working on swelling and drainage, but we can add a little more pressure as your body heals.

Week 3 & beyond: Things might get a little spicy Your swelling has gone down, your body may feel a little firmer and we can slowly start doing deeper work.

Every body heals differently, so we always listen to your body and adjust each session to what you need 💕

Planning a wedding without you by my side has been harder than I ever thought it would be. The few people who have been part of this whole process know how many tears I’ve cried just wishing you were here.
