Dancing and movement are a form of therapy—and what better way to experience that therapy than alongside friends? This week, we paused class when things got real. We shared an honest, raw, and deeply personal moment with each other, holding space for vulnerability.

What an incredible opportunity to live in connection, just as God designed us to. Moving through life’s challenges—dancing on the fire of our grief—with friends we can lean on, laugh with, cry with, and be fully honest with.

This is what it’s all about. Empowering ourselves through community, loving our bodies for what they can do, and walking through healing together. AMEN. 🙏
