After 20 years of working with skin, one thing I know for certain is that there isn't one treatment that does everything.

Pigmentation, redness, texture, fine lines, collagen loss and dullness are all different concerns—and different treatments address them in different ways.

That’s why I love incorporating different types of corrective treatments throughout the year rather than continually doing the same thing.

Photofacial/IPL targets unwanted pigmentation, sun damage and redness.

Chemical Peels provide controlled exfoliation to improve brightness, uneven tone, congestion and surface texture.

Microneedling with Medical-Grade Stem Cells focuses on collagen stimulation, firmness, texture and overall skin rejuvenation.

Erbium Laser Resurfacing takes correction another step further, addressing texture, fine lines and more significant surface rejuvenation.

After a summer of sunshine, heat, sunscreen and outdoor time, our skin can often use a little extra attention. So this month, I wanted to share three products I’m loving for fall skin — and more importantly, why I like them.

🥛 Circadia Amandola Milk Cleanser

A beautiful way to cleanse without leaving your skin feeling stripped.

Amandola Milk Cleanser is a creamy, gentle cleanser that helps remove impurities while keeping the skin feeling soft and comfortable.

I especially like this type of cleanser as we move into the cooler months because our skin doesn't always need that squeaky-clean feeling. In fact, for mature or drier skin, being too aggressive with cleansing can leave the skin feeling even more dry and tight.

Nikki Tip: If your skin feels tight immediately after cleansing, that's usually a sign we need to rethink your cleanser. Your skin should feel clean, but still comfortable.

For the skin that could use a little help looking brighter and more even.

After summer, this is when we tend to notice those areas of uneven pigmentation and sun damage a little more.

BioSOME Brightener is one I like for helping support a brighter, more even-looking complexion while giving us something we can consistently use at home between professional treatments.

Remember, when we're working on pigmentation, consistency matters. It's not about doing something aggressive once — it's about giving the skin the right support day after day.

Nikki Tip: Don't forget your SPF just because summer is ending! If we're working on brightening the skin, daily sun protection is still one of the most important parts of the plan.

A little skincare tool that can make your everyday cleansing routine feel so much better.

The LUNA 4 go is a compact facial cleansing device that helps give your cleansing routine a little extra boost.

I love that it's small, easy to use and something you can incorporate into your regular routine without adding a complicated extra step.

It's also wonderful for those times when you feel like your skin needs a little more thorough cleanse — especially after sunscreen, makeup or a long day.

Nikki Tip: More exfoliation isn't always better! I would much rather see you gently and consistently care for your skin than over-scrub it trying to get faster results.

🍂 Your skin doesn't need a complicated routine.

One of the things I tell my clients all the time is that you don't need 15 products sitting on your bathroom counter.

You need the right products for your skin and you need to use them consistently.

A good cleanser, targeted products for what we're trying to improve, proper exfoliation and daily SPF can make a tremendous difference.

👁️ Are you applying your eye cream in the right place — and at the right time?

Eye products are designed specifically for the delicate skin around the eyes, but placement and order matter.

✨ WHERE: Gently tap your eye product along the orbital bone — underneath the eye, around the outer corners/crow’s-feet area, and above the eye when appropriate. Avoid applying too close to the lash line, since products can naturally migrate as they warm on the skin.

✨ WHEN: For most lightweight eye products, I recommend applying them right after cleansing, before your serums and moisturizer. A good rule for skincare is to layer from lighter to richer formulations, allowing your targeted products to make direct contact with clean skin.

And remember — you don't need much! A small amount goes a long way around the eye area.

Sometimes the smallest changes in your skincare routine can make a big difference. 💕
