Ok I’ve been silent a lot.
On social.
I’ve been balancing a job - coaching - motherhood - and being a better wife. Not perfect in any but learning in all.
Oh and I have to manage MS!!!!
So lymphatic flow has been a new goal post surgery and in perimenopause. I just need the support.
And I do it so that I am ready to tackle the day / and allow my cortisol to deplete naturally in the day for bedtime at night.

I always thought babies did and my Irish twins definitely did! My older one talked between baby babble and English. He was an excellent translator!

I snap photos of what I eat each day
They are there to help me remember what I eat and share - when I do. So lame on that!
But variety helps me stay fueled and also warms my soul. I am not good with the same thing every day.
And a diverse offering also helps your gut which is a win win 🏆!
Your motivation will take you places.
Yes it goes up and down - but sticking to it helps you show up.
Never has “earn your turns” been so meaningful.
I would have not expected this year to be as challenging as it has. It feels like ground zero - but there is only room to go up!
