You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you watch Edward Scissorhands? And channel him at your branding shoot? Oh no? Ok just me… well I have a James Bond pic coming soon too. Watching hair in movies has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. Hairstyles really shape and reflect eras and moods, it fascinates me wildly. It’s why, I have a hard time concentrating in church from studying all the hair in the rows in front of me. Forgive me Lord! Though I sure hope to be Jesus’ hairdresser in heaven too.

Looking back on this year, I’m at a loss for words! The incredible people I’ve met and had the honor of doing their hair for beautiful life moments, sacred morning moments spent meticulously working, multitasking, the return clients relationships that were strengthened, and overall increase in joy that I feel for my profession has been everything I could ever ask for and more.
