Sound Healing + Good Vibes | Offering private and community sound bath sessions, with the intention of peace and healing through vibrational frequencies. Everything on earth has a vibrational frequency, including you! Our bodies resonate in a unique way, and we always strive to be at our “highest vibration.” This is where we create a space for healing, growth, and overall well-being! Join me for a session as we deepen our meditation and connection to self through relaxation, mind + body alignment, and true personal transformation.

Collective Wellness is rooted in Eastern & Western philosophies, a collaboration that I've found to promote healing & well-being in body and mind. From Bodywork principles such as Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, and Heat Therapy, to Mobility & Stability exercises such as PNF and Yoga Asana, we learn where our body needs pressure and where our body needs release. I believe this is genuinely received when the body and mind can mindfully connect and recognize the power of slowing down and breathing deeply. This is when we go from doing life to living life.

Sam is an Asheville native who has called Charleston home for 6 years. When Sam isn’t at Well Studio, can find her at either Hampton Park or at the beach with her husband, dogs, and daughter, Daisy James.
