Some stories start with a grand plan.
Evelyn’s started with a free month card.
Three years later... she’s one of the toughest people under the blue and red lights.
When she first walked through our doors, she was simply looking for a workout. What she found was something much bigger.
✔️ 20 pounds lost.
✔️ Ample energy to attack every day.
✔️ More presence with her kids.
✔️ And for the first time in her life... she truly feels like an athlete.
Like so many people, life is busy. Between work, family, and everything else on the calendar, spending an hour wandering inside a big box gym, waiting on equipment, or trying to figure out what workout to do just wasn’t sustainable or giving her results.
KOR4 changed that.
For one hour every day, she gets to turn her brain off, trust the process, and simply DO THE WORK. No guessing. No negotiating. Just great coaching, intentional programming, and a community that pushes you to be your best.
(Even on days when motivation isn’t at its highest)
When we asked Evelyn to describe KOR4 in one word, her answer was simple:
“Unlimited.”
Unlimited potential.
Unlimited growth.
Unlimited opportunities to become stronger, both physically and mentally.
She says there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve here, and being surrounded by people who show up and get after it every day reminds her of that every single class.
At the end of the day, the biggest transformation wasn’t the number on the scale. It was becoming the person she always knew she was capable of being.
Evelyn, thank you for trusting us over the last three years. Your consistency, your attitude, and your willingness to keep showing up inspire every coach and every member around you.
This workout changes you... If, you let it.
We’re proud to have you as part of the KOR4 family. ❤️
Show her some love in the comments 👊
Take a minute, turn up the volume and get inspired!
You never know… our next member spotlight, could be you :)

🚨NEW COACH ALERT 🚨
Please welcome, Coach Connor.
Before stepping onto the coaching floor & leading workouts in the red room, Connor spent seven years in the U.S. Coast Guard leading counter-drug operations.
It was a career built on discipline, composure under pressure, as he led from the front. And to be honest, we can already see those same qualities showing up in every class he coaches 🤝
Since becoming a fitness professional, Connor has been helping people become stronger, more confident, and more resilient.
His philosophy is simple: show up consistently, DO THE WORK, and trust the process. Because the results you’re chasing are earned one workout at a time.
Connor believes coaching is about far more than counting reps. It’s about teaching movement with purpose, building confidence, creating accountability, and helping every member discover they’re capable of more than they thought.
Whether you’re stepping into your first class or chasing your next PR, he’ll meet you where you are and challenge you to keep raising the bar.
At KOR4, we believe strength training changes more than just your body… it changes your mindset. Coach Connor lives that every day, and he’s committed to helping every member become stronger inside and outside the gym.
We’re fired up to have Coach Connor joining the KOR4 family. Give him a fist bump and introduce yourself by name when you see him on the floor.
You’ll see Connor at both studios (MTP/CHS) starting this week ⏰
Check the KOR4 to book one of his classes and let’s get after it!
🏃♀️ Strength meets endurance today! This one is all about finding the balance between pushing your pace on the run and staying strong under fatigue. You’ll kick things off with a 2-mile run, then every 4 minutes you’ll tackle a strength circuit that targets your glutes, hamstrings, quads, core, upper back, and grip strength. The goal is to move with intention—not sprint through the lifts. Keep your run at a challenging but sustainable pace so you have enough left in the tank to stay consistent on every round. 💪
If you finish early, it’s time to test your strength by finding a 5RM Sumo Deadlift with whatever time you have left. 🔥
Workout:
🏃 2 Mile Run
Every 4 Minutes:
• 15 BB Sumo Deadlifts
• 10 DB Goblet Squats
• 5 BW Pull-Ups (Banded)
RX:
M: 135 lb BB / 50 lb DB
W: 95 lb BB / 35 lb DB
⏱️ Score: Time of Completion
🔥 If finished, find a 5RM Sumo Deadlift in the remaining time.
