It's been a rough year for everyone, but with the vaccine distribution underway, we can start considering doing things we haven't allowed ourselves in a long time. Think about what you've been missing in your self-care regimen this year, and book a massage for yourself. Trust me, your body and mind will appreciate it! Even if massage wasn't a regular appointment for you before the pandemic, it would be an incredibly nourishing and gentle way to reintegrate yourself into a post-pandemic life. Treat yourself.
