What I personally have on-hand for post-care : microneedling, dermaplaning Hydrafacials, and laser sessions.
•gentle cleanser and water based moisturizer (I love Vanicream)
•hydrating serum
•spf
•hypochlorous acid spray
•skin protectant (cicaplast, petroleum jelly, etc)

I ditch the actives at least a week before and after (depending on treatment). Try to increase my water intake •try•
Always great about applying spf and not having any tan.

Skin barrier health is super important in recovery, as well as aging and acne in general.
