Having studied at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle (http://www.gmaveda.com/) I spent eight months studying under David Williams at The Quint Eby Salon a fashionable little boutique salon in the heart of Belltown (one of the many districts of downtown Seattle). From there I came to Charleston SC to be closer to my family. Where I have worked in Mt. Pleasant, Downtown and in North Charleston. Having been trained on Aveda in cosmetology school I am familiar with Aveda styling products as well as the complex formulations that go with the Aveda color system. I have also been trained on Schwarzkopf color, Redken color fusion and shades EQ as well as L'Anza, Logics, Scruples and Wella Koleston and Wella Color Touch. "I simply adore Wella color, it enhances all skin types, brightens up the eyes and the shine is unmatched in hair color. Blondor is a gentle highlighting system and the color itself leaves the hair silky to the touch. I love doing color, whether it be bold colors or something rich and natural. Highlights to solids, Blondes to brunettes and everything in between. I love cutting women as equally as I do cutting men. To me its all about a sense of style, a look, an identity that my guest will want to walk out with and have beautiful eye catching hair. I also try to educate each one of my guests how to maintain their look at home and I stress the importance of "good hair hygiene" to everyone. "
