Hey Chi Force! I am so excited to announce I am in the process of creating a SEL (Social Emotional Learning) workshop for my 200 yoga cert through Breathe 4 Change. I look forward to integrating this into my wellness practice. My theme is Self-Love, with my target audience being caregivers and educators --- 2 groups who do not take the "Me time" they deserve and need. Remember, you are only as good to others as you are to yourself. Remember, it is ok to not do it all and it is ok to say "No!" Take a break. Take time to show yourself some love and respect.
