The Pilates bridge—simple, but all about control ✨
Start by pressing evenly through your feet, gently engaging your core before you even lift. As you roll up, think articulation—peeling your spine off the mat one vertebra at a time rather than lifting all at once. At the top, keep your ribs soft and hips level (no arching or gripping) then slowly roll back down creating length and space through the spine.
It’s not about how high you go—it’s about how intentional you move.
