Quick policy update 💇‍♀️

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be moved. However, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will require a $25 per hour fee for the time that was reserved for you before you can reschedule. As a stylist, my time is carefully scheduled and it’s often impossible to fill those spots last minute, which means I lose that income.

Thank you all so much for respecting my time and supporting my small business. I appreciate every single one of you and look forward to seeing you in my chair!
