When someone you love starts experiencing changes in memory, thinking, or
behavior, it can be hard to know where to turn. Many caregivers describe feeling
uncertain, overwhelmed, and alone while searching for answers.

A clinical trial may be relevant for individuals experiencing mood or memory-related
changes related to Alzheimer’s disease. Caregivers can play an important role in
helping loved ones explore available options.

You can explore options at your own pace. Learning more does not obligate
participation. Learn more: https://www.bmsclinicaltrials.com/us/en/alzheimers-disease?cid=s_3605314

When it comes to hormone therapy, there are some claims that should make you pause. shares a few red flags to watch for:

🚩 “Every woman should be on this one treatment.”
🚩 Using fear to convince you to take or avoid hormones.
🚩 Supplements claiming they can “fix” your hormones, reverse menopause, or replace evidence-based treatment.

Hormone therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is menopause care. The goal should be understanding your options and making informed decisions with a trusted healthcare professional.

Weight, muscle, hormones, metabolism, it can all start to feel a little different. And there’s a lot of confusing (and sometimes outdated) advice about what you’re “supposed” to do about it.

Dr. Alexandra Sowa and registered dietitian Laura Burak, MS, RD, break down what’s really going on in midlife, including GLP-1s, HRT, body composition, cardiovascular health, and why your health can’t be measured by the scale alone.
