I'm out here trying to live my best life and last week was told by someone that has known me for 4 years that I need to stop losing weight... was that supposed to be a compliment?

Changed up the hair again!

Just over a year and 1/2 out from duodenal switch and per my visit this morning, Dr says I'm in maintenence stage! I've weighed pretty much the same for the past couple of months. He says I can increase my carb intake.... still gotta get used to that! Everyone just starting this journey, everyone struggling anywhere in the path... keep at it! You are all amazing.

Just wanted to say hey and thank you all for following along. I really need to get into the gym and start weight training.
