Before finding her way behind the chair, Allison worked for the Department of Defense—an experience that shaped the discipline, attention to detail, and professionalism she brings to every guest experience. But it didn’t take long for her to realize her true passion was helping people feel confident through great hair.

She spent the last 6 years honing her skills at one of Iowa’s most respected salons, where she quickly built a reputation for beautiful hair, genuine connections, and a commitment to her craft
