Hard city to navigate, even for people who travel a lot - even for people who live there. Not much to actually do once you’re past the food and the shopping. And the efficiency - impressive, but almost neurotic. Chaotic in a way that’s somehow also rigid, like the whole country runs on a system you weren’t given the manual for.

We are so excited to introduce Maddie - our new Brand Director ✨
It happened organically and at the right time for the both of us - and that’s a sign I don’t take lightly.
She’s the first face you’ll see, keeping your check-ins and check-outs effortless. She’s also your skincare go-to running the show on your online orders and everything skincare in studio.
And behind the scenes? She’s become my right hand too, helping me keep it all together. 💫
She’s smart, hilarious, high energy (cartwheels included 🤸♀️), and gives the best hugs. Since Maddie walked through our doors, the energy at Craft Beauty has completely shifted. More light, more laughter, more reasons to love coming to work. She is electric, and we are so lucky to have her - beyond excited to grow together. 🤍
