Once design time starts, it’s time to lock in 😂😂

When it’s 15 minutes past your client’s appointment and they’re still not there 🥲

We understand that traffic, parking and life in general can get in the way of getting to your appointment on time which is why we allow a 15 minute grace period. Here is a breakdown of our late policy in case you do not know -

✅If you are going to be 10 mins late or more, please contact the salon by messsge or call to let your stylist know
✅ If you arrive before 15 mins after your appointment start time your stylist will proceed with your appointment
✅If you arrive 15 mins after your appointment start time, your appointment may be at risk of being rescheduled or canceled
🚫If 15 mins has passed since your appointment start time and you still have not arrived, contacted the salon or we are not able to contact you, your appointment will be canceled and your card on file can be charged for the full amount of your service

When possible, we do ask that reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your appointment. We also understand that things happen and if the schedule permits we may be able to make last minute moves but that is not guaranteed.
