Yesterday marked the 22nd Birthday of of my baby girl, Indi 🎉💖
I truly can’t believe it’s been 22 years — it feels more like 10. My eyes still light up every time you walk into a room. Your presence, your heart, and your beautiful spirit are simply unforgettable.

Watching you grow, chase dreams, overcome challenges, and celebrate triumphs has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You are so unique, so special, and I thank God every day that He chose me to be your mom.

As you step into this new year of life, I pray that God blesses you with everything your heart desires and more. Here’s to 22 years of love, memories, and so much pride — and to many more ahead.

Follow us for more recipes 🌱 CRISPY CAULI WITH SUPER GREEN CREAMED BEANS Smokey, fiery cauliflower paired with a creamy, herby green bean blend. Packed with flavour, loaded with goodness, and begging to be devoured. Perfect for sharing (or not… we won’t judge). Full recipe below 👇 For the cauliflower 1 whole cauliflower 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tbsp olive oil For the green bean blend 2 x 400g tin butter beans 50g spinach 20g fresh basil 20g fresh coriander 2 tsp Spirinula 2 tsp garlic powder 30g Nooch 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp maple syrup Salt and pepper to taste To garnish Crispy shallots METHOD Prep the cauliflower | Cut into large florets and bite-sized stem chunks. Roast the cauliflower | Toss with oil and spices on a tray, then roast at 200°C for 25-30 mins until golden and tender. Make the green bean blend | Blend butter beans, greens, and seasonings until smooth, adding water if needed. Serve | Spread the green bean blend on a plate, top with roasted cauliflower, and finish with crispy onions and roasting oil.
