In this short video, I’m showing part of my process when performing a nail fill-in with approximately 2–3 weeks of growth. ✨

Personally, I recommend my clients schedule their fill-ins every 3–4 weeks, as this helps maintain the structure of the set, keeps the nails looking their best, and most importantly protects the natural nail by preventing lifting, breakage, or excess weight on the nail.

I also recommend doing between 2 to 3 fill-ins per set, depending on each person’s lifestyle, physical work routine, and how they use their nails daily. After a certain number of fill-ins, I prefer to completely remove the product and apply a fresh new set. This allows me to work on a clean and healthy base while helping prevent water retention, moisture buildup, or bacteria that can develop over time between the natural nail and the adhesive product.

My priority will always be to provide nails that are beautiful, long-lasting, and most importantly healthy for every client. 💅🏼✨
