Happiness is self love! Why? Because happiness comes from within and never outside of us. As soon as we make someone else responsible for our happiness, we give them control over emotions, hopes, dreams, and all aspects of who we are. It’s not fair to the other person to be expected to live to an unfulfilling task.

But we do it in all the relationship we have in our lives, even with our children.

Loved spending this day celebrating my son’s birthday and ending this last Friday of 2022 with loved ones.

I’m exhausted and I must say it’s a pleasure saying GOODBYE to 2022. It’s been a year of letting go of what was not a part of my peace, purpose or passion and learning the lessons I needed personally and professionally.
