A few days ago, I received a heartbreaking call from a bride whose wedding was just around the corner. The stylist she had booked back in 2024 had canceled on her with only 12 days' notice, leaving her in a complete panic. She reached out asking if I was available and whether I could recreate something similar to her trial photos (shown on the left).

As fate would have it, I was available—I had actually been planning to take some time to recharge after our recent trip. But when I heard the desperation in her voice, there was no question I had to help. How could I not? I promised her not only that I could recreate her look, but that I'd make it even better, and assured her not to worry.

Looking at the results (photos on the right), I believe I delivered on that promise. Same beautiful bride, same gorgeous hair, but this time with a stylist who truly cared about her special day.

I have never felt more appreciated by a bride and her family. Their gratitude was overwhelming, and my heart was absolutely full. It's moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. Just when I think it might be time to step back from this business, something magical happens that pulls me right back in for a little while longer."
