It is with heavy hearts that we are posting this post, the passing of someone who meant so much to us is never easy.

Leslie Cooper, was not just one of the very first customers of Taj Essentials — she became family. From the early days of our journey, she supported us, believed in us, helped us with our kids and even loved Taj just like it was her own. Her kindness, loyalty, and beautiful spirit will forever be a part of us.

“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.”
Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we return.

In moments like this, we are reminded that this life is temporary, but love, good character, and the impact we leave behind continue to echo. The Prophet ﷺ taught us that when a person passes, their deeds continue through the good they leave behind — and we pray that every smile, every kind word, and every moment of support she gave will weigh heavily in goodness for her.

In honor of Leslie, we will be opening at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 9, 2026, as we take time to reflect and celebrate her life. Thank you for being understanding, love, and continued support.
