In Charlotte, NC on 3/25, we’re going to show you how to master our two favorite techniques: split dyes and negative space vivids! Split dyes will include lightening as well using the new Danger Jones Lightener AND the new amazing Gloss Toners we’ve all been loving so freakin much! All things consults, color theory social media, photography, and marketing will be covered. We also have a pair of Shark Fin Shears to give away!

In Fort Worth, TX on 4/15, Krysta is going to be teaching alllll the things you need to know about the semis and create an amazing vivid look using many of those vivid techniques we love to see! My portion of the class is all blonding- the model’s look is a lived in blonde (maybe copper or a pop of color if she’s feelin spicy) using the Lightening System and Gloss Toners. I’m going to give away all my secrets when it comes to foiliyage, lifting, toning, and melting. Consults, color theory, social media, photography, marketing, etc. will be covered.

DANGER FEST 2024
I don’t even know where to begin. This trip was absolutely unforgettable. I have never been part of something so amazing and full of love. I have a lot of emotions.

I am beyond grateful for this company, community, and opportunity to be a part of something bigger. Every single moment of this retreat reminded me how hard I have worked and I am exactly where I am supposed to be and with who I am supposed to be.

I have so much gratitude for meeting so many of my internet friends, making new friends, and recharging with old friends. I wanted to spend so much more time getting to know everyone and am so excited to see you all again. I am so lucky to have been able to connect with so many.

Doesn’t she have the best hair?

I love when Veronica comes in and I get to take photos. Even if we’re only doing her color melt between her blonding sessions, her color is just so beautiful and looks like a new color every time.

I was excited to use the gloss toners on her this time she came in because I haven’t had a lot of my darker blondies in recently.

I used mostly 8-32 with a little 9-12 to cool it down and 7-0 to deepen it just a little bit.

My pal wanted to transition her micro foil cool blonde hair into a more natural lived in look. As long as I’ve known Lauren she has been a micro foil bright platinum or vanilla blonde. I was so excited for this change!

Using all , I did a whole head of lowlights and a few teasylights and blended money piece, then toned and shadowed for the perfect melty blend!

Highlight: Danger Jones Lightener and 5 volume (yep you read that right only 5 vol)
Lowlight: Danger Jones Gloss Toner 8-32
Root: Gloss Toner in 8-32 and a little 6-0
Gloss: Gloss Toner in 10-0 and 10-32

I am loving the condition that these Gloss Toners are creating. It’s giving shine and silky vibes. ✨

I’ve had so many new followers lately and thankful for it.

Hi yall! I’m Allison, the green haired stylist behind the IG!

I am a traveling indie hair educator as well as a educator based out of Charlotte, NC. All of my upcoming in person classes can be found in my link in bio! Right now I don’t have online education but I’m hoping to add that this year.

I have a salon suite in Ballantyne that I share with my friend and apprentice who I am so proud of.

My specialties are vivids and blonding. I currently accept both new vivids and new blonding clients as well as extensions.

I use a variety of hair products and color lines because I feel like having a variety of products that perform well for certain things is better than committing to one line only.

I am a Charlotte native and live in the Steele Creek area near uptown with my fiancé and our four dogs. Usually we also have a senior foster that lives out their days with us in our comfy home, but we are taking a little break with all my class travel this year.

We always focus on the vivid side of ’ split dyes, but can we just have a BLONDE moment? ✨
I love how different each lighting showcases this contrast.

I have really enjoyed switching up these splits, but I do think that the neon yellow vs. white blonde is my favorite.

SPLIT DYES

Who doesn’t love a good split dye right?
But aren’t they sometimes a little scary?

I want to help simplify that process and help make it seem less scary.

That’s why on March 25th in Charlotte, North Carolina, I’m teaching my signature split dye technique from START TO FINISH!

I feel like split dyes are something that sometimes get overlooked in education, but there are really popular trend right now along with colorblocking.

I’m going to be walking you through how I lift for her usual split dye, how I keep the colors separated for toning that white blonde, plus a vivid color application on the other side.

All the while, .madd.alchemist is going to be demonstrating her amazing skills at using negative space with vivid on her model.

This class is going to cover color theory and placement using semi permanent hair, color, lightening system, and gloss toners.
