October is almost FULL you guys!
I still have a few openings left for bodywork this month, but they are closing up fast. If you've been telling yourself "I need to get on Lauren's table" — this is your sign to do it now, not later.
Your body has been carrying a lot. Let me help you put some of it down.
DM me to grab a spot before October is gone. 💛

In case you weren’t aware — I haven’t been super vocal about it — your massage therapist is currently working one-handed 🙃
I got bit on the hand by a dog, so I’m right in the middle of the dog bite healing journey. Still swollen, still healing, still washing it like it’s my full-time job.
I’ll be back to 100% functional work as soon as this hand lets me. Thank you SO much for your patience and for all the check-ins — you guys are the best. 💛
If you have an upcoming appointment and need to move it while I’m healing, just shoot me a DM and I’ll get you rescheduled — no worries at all.
P.S. No, it wasn’t one of my regulars. 😅🐾

Evening check-in. 🤍
Life has its ebbs and flows. Today was one of those days where the unexpected just kept coming.
If you're feeling it too — you're not alone.
Even when it feels impossible, give yourself 5 minutes. Outside with some deep breaths. Or hiding in your bathroom in the dark for a minute of quiet. Whatever you need.
Take it all in. Then let it go. Reset.
Give yourself some grace. You’re doing more than you think.
Wishing you a peaceful evening and a clear mind for tomorrow.
