Good morning everyone. I've been so busy with back 2 school that I havent hit up the gym last couple of days. But still fasting and choosing healthier options. If you live in east ridge they opened up a nutrition place called 4 seasons. Check it out. I went by sat and got me a Hawaiian shake with mango 🥭

I've been doing keto and interment fasting. Here is some info if you want to try. Set you a 8hr window of time when you eat mine is between 12-8pm and fast the other hours
