Your appointments are very important to us! Please understand that your appointments are held just for you. If a schedule change arises and you need to cancel or reschedule, we do require a 24-hour notice. If your notice is less than 24 hours, you will be charged a deposit of 50% of your service to reschedule. (Except in cases of an emergency)
