CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to high demand for appointments we will be enforcing a much more strict cancellation policy than we have in the past. Here at Plum Fancy Hair Studio we are very understanding of this crazy thing we call life but also have to remind ourselves that our time is valuable, just like yours!

- 15+ Minutes Late: if you arrive to the salon 15+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time we may ask that you reschedule your services. Services rescheduled due to lateness require a 15% rescheduling fee.

- 24 Hours Notice: we require more than 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling any appointments. Services rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours or less of a scheduled appointment require a 25% rescheduling fee.

- Day Of Notice: services canceled the day of a scheduled appointment require a 50% rescheduling fee.

- No Call/No Show: services that are not confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled at any point require a 100% rescheduling fee. (rescheduling fees are based upon the $ amount of scheduled services)

CHILD POLICY

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all of our guests, we ask that you please have proper care for your child for all appointments. Your stylist will ask you to reschedule your services if the below policy is not followed:

- Infants/Toddlers: all infants and toddlers must be small enough to sit in a carrier or be held throughout the entire appointment

- Adult Supervision Required: if a child is not of an age to sit in the waiting area throughout the entire appointment on their own, they must be accompanied by an adult that is not receiving a service

- Adult Supervision Not Required: if a child is of an age that does not require adult supervision, they must be able to stay seated in the waiting area on their own, throughout the entire appointment

(rescheduling fees are based upon the $ amount of scheduled services)

Thank you so much for supporting our small business, it means more than you will ever know!
