Hello! My name is Rene Gaston and I am dedicated to creating an autism-friendly environment where children can flourish through engaging activities and meaningful social interactions, shielded from everyday stressors. Utilizing my expertise as a sensory-friendly hairstylist, I have crafted a space prioritizing comfort and understanding. Each child receives tailored attention, catering to their unique needs, resulting in a positive and enjoyable experience. With a strong foundation in Autistic behavior certification and ongoing education towards Registered Behavioral Technician certification, I am committed to delivering exceptional support and care. I kindly request support in establishing this initiative in Cheraw. For further information, please contact me at 843-324-4419. Donations can be made via Cash App to Chasingbutterflies1. Thank you

Life always happens and it’s been awhile… I was in a pretty bad car accident that really set my perspective in life and one decision I made was to put Chasing butterflies on hold… but everytime a door opens…. I walk through and here I am creating a new space for my butterflies!!!Right in my backyard…. where it is peace and serene🦋 anything that keeps me bringing smiles and laughter works!!!

This is what I do …. Even for myself….🦋

It is with sadness that I have to write this post…Tiny Hands Chasing Butterflies at this time, is unable to open our much anticipated activity center. I, as the founder of Chasing Butterflies had hoped that the vision I had was to become a reality and with the excitement in some of the amazing people, when it came down to the nitty gritty of things,I was unable to obtain the proper licenses needed.I am back to the drawing board and will continue searching for the right venue for a place to have for all the butterflies.I am grateful for anyone that may be willing to shed some light as to ways that I can overcome my situation…any questions or concerns feel free to contact me. I have so many thoughts and ideas and am open for suggestions Thank you to Terriana Myers for sharing your vision with me and hopefully we will find a way to join forces again🦋This is not the end … just a chance to let my wings dry, to fly again
