Smitten kitten Beauty

It’s finally here 🌞🌞🌞
Our very first Femmora + Sol Wellness yoga class is THIS SUNDAY, October 4th at 9:00 AM.

We’re so excited to welcome you into this new space for movement, connection + restoration.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning to your practice, or simply looking for a grounded and intentional way to begin your Sunday, you are welcome here.

Sunday, October 4th
9:00 AM
Femmora + Sol Wellness at Smitten Kitten Beauty + Wellness
Cheshire, CT

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Come move, breathe, reset and give yourself a little time to reconnect before the week begins.

As we begin, our yoga schedule will include alternating Saturday and Sunday classes at 9:00 AM, early morning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM, and evening offerings on Wednesdays or Thursdays around 6:00 PM.

Our schedule is intentionally starting with room to evolve. We’ll continue to keep, adjust and expand class days and times based on what best supports the people attending and the needs of our growing community.

And yoga is only the beginning.

We’re currently developing a biweekly rhythm of group Reiki and sound bath experiences, with plans to thoughtfully expand into additional wellness offerings including salt therapy, red light therapy, Pilates and Barre.

Our vision for Femmora + Sol is to create a space where movement, restoration, energy work and community can exist together — a place you can return to again and again in whatever season you’re in.

So excited to see how this collective grows.

🌟NEW SERVICE. NEW FACE. MORE WAYS TO GLOW. 🌟
