🤎 A little life update from your girl outside the tanning tent!

It’s been a little while since I’ve popped on here, but I promise jayne glow co. is still here for all your tanning needs!

I just wrapped up my FOURTH pharmacy school rotation at the St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center, and it’s been such a meaningful learning experience!

What exactly is forensic pharmacy? It’s pharmacy practice in a specialized mental health setting, where pharmacists help care for individuals with complex psychiatric conditions, support safe/effective medication use, and work alongside a team to help patients regain cognitive competency to understand their charges and actively participate in their trial.

Basically, between pharmacy school and my experience in mental health, I’ve learned a LOT about medications, health, and the importance of feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin. While I’m working toward becoming your future pharmacist, I’m still your girl for a little extra glow, too!

Little update 🤍

The last few months have been a whirlwind, but such a rewarding one!

I officially finished my forensic psychiatry APPE at Fulton State Hospital and my general medicine APPE at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. I’ve learned so much from both experiences, and now I’m onto my next rotation - community pharmacy at a chain pharmacy! If you happen to figure out where I’m at, stop by and say hi! 😊

Through all of the traveling, long days, and constantly changing schedules, one thing that has truly kept me going is my spray tans. Getting to see so many familiar faces, meet new clients, and help people feel confident in their own skin has been the perfect break from pharmacy school. I genuinely look forward to every appointment, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has continued to support me while I chase both dreams.

Now that my schedule is back to normal, evening appointments are officially back! 🎉 I’ll be offering regular 4:00–10:00 PM appointment times again through my link in my bio, making it much easier to get in after work or before your weekend plans.
