Lymphatic drainage massage is seriously underrated.
This client came in with noticeable swelling in her legs, so we focused on 30 minutes of lymphatic drainage massage on one leg.
The goal of lymphatic drainage is to use gentle, intentional movements to help encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body. When fluid is sitting and causing that heavy, swollen feeling, supporting lymphatic flow can help the body move that excess fluid more efficiently.
And yes… you can see a difference after just one focused session. 👀✨

Over the past two years, this initiative has served approximately 150 survivors. Now, we’re looking for businesses, professionals, organizations, sponsors, and community members who want to help us reach even more.
