Hi all! We’ve been seeing a recent increase in no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and rescheduling requests, so we wanted to kindly reshare our cancellation policy.
We always strive to be transparent, which is why our policy is available on our booking page and included in your appointment confirmation and reminder texts and emails.
We know life happens, and we understand that emergencies and unexpected situations come up. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that rescheduling at the last minute is still considered cancelling your original appointment.
No-shows and repeated same-day cancellations will result in our cancellation policy being enforced. Last-minute changes make it difficult for our specialists to fill those appointment times, and as a small business, our team relies on consistent scheduling.
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our team and help us continue providing the experience you know and love. We’re so grateful for your understanding and for continuing to support Waxi Taxi! ❤️

Last week, Jeny had the opportunity to participate in the Interview with an Executive event hosted by Michigan City High School for Michigan City's local 4th and 5th graders. She spent time connecting with the students, sharing a little about her journey as a business owner, and talking about what it’s like to build a career in the beauty industry and grow a business right here in our community.
