All mom’s deserve a spa day. Glad this beautiful client of mine was able to take time in her busy schedule as a mother to pamper herself.

Remember, as mothers, it’s important to use this time as a change of scenery to connect with yourself and relax as a reward for all the hard work you do for others.

The skin has 3 layers:
The epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. Each plays a role and has certain functions.

It is important not to forget to invest in yourself. Remember part of that investment includes skin health. Your skin's appearance can have an impact on how you feel. When your skin looks and feels better, you also look and feel better.

My favorite season is upon us. As we approach autumn, leaves fall and begin to produce an intense color along with it can come climate changes. With these changes also comes changing your skin care routine.
