Once I’ve learned how to help my skin from inside out it got so much easier with keeping the acne under control.
When it comes to acne what you do internally is far more important than what you do externally. Doing your routine alone is not enough.
Acne is incredibly complex. And if you’re acne prone you’re going to be acne prone. It will always require some form of maintaining. If all you’re doing to treat your acne is your routine, it’s not enough. With this mindset you’ll stay two steps behind your acne at all times.
Don’t skip on your AM and PM routine, no matters how tired you are do it anyway 🫶
