I will always listen to the list. What I will not do is treat it like a prescription.

My job is to look at the whole face first. The structure, the fat pads, where support has actually been lost. Is the thing bothering you the real problem, or is it the result of something happening somewhere else? Then I tell you what I see, so you know what we are working with before you decide anything.

Sometimes that means doing less than you expected. Sometimes it means starting somewhere you did not think to look.

You still decide. You just decide with better information.
