Many of you have heard about the devastating fire at Obbie's Pizza that has left their employees out of work for the foreseeable future. Our hearts continue to go out to everyone affected.

This past Sunday July 12th, we were incredibly inspired by the generosity of Triano's Pizza as they raised funds to support Obbie's employees. We'd like to continue that spirit of generosity and do our small part to help.

This Sunday, simply mention "Obbie's" when placing your order, and 25% of your purchase will be donated directly to Obbie's employees.

Happy 4th of July!

Our neighbor Obbie’s Pizza experienced a bad fire today. They will be back but it will take time. The barbershop is fine. Thanks to the fire department for quickly putting out the fire and making sure it didn’t spread. We encourage everyone to support Obbies and their employees anyway they can. If I see any fundraising going on I will share it on our page. Thanks and everyone have a safe 4th of July.

🇺🇸 TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT! The Midway Chamber Patriots’ Day Parade is finally here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our community! 🇺🇸

🎺 7:00 PM Kickoff
The evening begins with a 21-Gun Salute presented by our local VFW, followed immediately by the parade.

⭐ Starts at Archer Ave. & Parkside Ave.
➡️ East on Archer Avenue
⬇️ South on Merrimac Avenue
🏁 Parade disbands at Wentworth Park

🎬 Movie in the Park featuring Zootopia 2 at dusk (approximately 8:30 PM)

🎟️ Keep an eye out for Happy Jack’s Golden Tickets hidden along the parade route!

🚗 Parking for the movie is available at Kennedy High School and on nearby streets.

Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends, and join us for one of Garfield Ridge’s favorite traditions. Let’s celebrate our community, honor our country, and make some great memories together.
