- Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records in Sage Intacct
- Collaborate with our Controller on multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting

This past weekend, Aviva gathered at our Chicago headquarters for our Q2 Board Meeting.

When Aviva launched nearly 18 months ago, we set out to challenge the traditional consolidation model in aesthetics and build something fundamentally different — an entrepreneur-owned platform designed to create value for practice owners, not private equity.

Today, we’re approaching 20 med spa locations nationwide and continue to be one of the fastest-growing platforms in the industry.

What makes this growth meaningful isn’t just the pace — it’s the caliber of the people building it. Our board, leadership team, and practice partners represent some of the most respected entrepreneurs, clinicians, educators, and operators in aesthetic medicine, all aligned around a shared vision.

We wrapped up the meeting with an incredible board dinner at MIRU inside The St. Regis Chicago, celebrating the progress we’ve made, the partners who make it possible, and the exciting future we’re building together.
