🎒 Kids in Kindergarten thru 6th grade (parents can join if space allows!)
📅 September 25 – October 23 at 6 PM
💰 $40 for 5 weeks of drumming, jumping, and fun

You can still join the class! Drop in tomorrow or any Saturday from now through May 9th. Cost is $8 per class.

We are so excited to announce our Kids POUND Class! This high-energy workout combines drumming, jumping, and total fun to get your little ones moving. Led by certified instructor Ruth Sylvester, it’s the perfect way to build confidence and coordination.

Here are the details:

🗓️ Dates: April 11th – May 9th (5-week session)
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
📍 Location: Champions Fitness Center Group Fitness Room
🎓 Ages: Kindergarten through 4th Grade
💰 Cost: $40 for the full 5 weeks
