So when a client comes in on her third visit with 1cm of dry, dusty buildup after going 2-3 weeks without washing her lashes… that’s not a salon problem. That’s a home care problem. 👀

We love our clients. Which is exactly why we hold them accountable. Bacteria on your lashes = damage to your natural lashes. And we refuse to let that happen on our watch.

We charge a $15 cleanse fee during fill appointments when lashes aren’t maintained — not to punish you, but to protect you.
