You heard that right. 4 out of 5 Referral Clients are more likely to rebook with you as repeat clients. And if you’re like the average Stylist, you’ll have to work extra hard to get more than 1 out of every 5 new walk ins to come back as your repeat client. This is why it’s so damn important that you become less dependent on new walk-in clients and way more skillful at getting referrals. Ten referral clients a month will get you to an awesome repeat clientele a hell of a lot faster than 40 new walk-in clients ever will.
