5. Cleanest

A Total Tan customers not only come into a tanning salon to get tan, they also expect other services along with it. Our customers will be able to enjoy the best tanning experience possible in the cleanest environment with the friendliest customer service and a staff with a solid general knowledge about the tanning units and lotion products we offer. A tanning session is a short escape where customers can come in, relax, and get away for a short while. We want customers to want to tan with us and encourage others to do so because it is a pleasant experience that is worth their time and money. We will do everything possible to
make this happen...and turn a customer into our client. Sincerely,

Jason Roeder and Renny Kittle
