Be kind to one another. We don’t know what someone else is going through but, we could only guess that if their story is similar to ours or their’s, there is a story. Wouldn’t it be Nice if we were still gentle and kind? Let’s join hands and hearts, listen to someone else’s words with not only our ears but our body. Just listen, make the difference.

What does this have to do with your hair and skin? Nothing.....well.... not so fast, simple healthy living and a healthy lifestyle along with low stress levels etc., do lead to healthier skin and hair.
