Competing in the Level Up Games at Burn Boot Camp always reminds me of how far I’ve come and how much stronger I’ve become. It’s about stepping outside of our comfort zone and trusting the work we’ve put in all year long. The early mornings, the tough reps, and the days we don’t feel like it but still show up anyway.
