First day of Fall & a few changes 😊

Due to an overwhelming amount of bookings and cancellations within the same day, also them being scheduled so far in advance; I want to make each clients experience flawless and also keeping myself accountable for EVERY appointment….

1. Deposits are now required to secure your appointment. You have 24 hours or the appointment will be cancelled.

2. Upon booking on the website, the estimated pricing is given to you.

3. Please please please READ the policy before booking.

4. Last minute cancellations will result in being banned from booking online and you will only be able to book by contacting me directly. I am a very understanding person and all I ask is for you to communicate.

5. If there’s a problem on my side I do all I can to compensate and/or correct the issue so I ask that grace is given.

6. My calendar for booking will open on the 16th of each month for the upcoming month.

I greatly am appreciative of all my new and returning clients. Keep in my mind I am in a professional environment and I want to keep everything professional. Everyone’s time is important to them and I will always give my best so let’s work together.
