No, seriously.
You can’t out-train under-eating protein. You can’t “hope” your way to results. You have to fuel your body for what you’re asking it to do.
More protein = more progress. Period.
Stop making it complicated:
✅Eat a solid protein source at every meal-
Aim for at least 25-30 grams.
✅Prep ahead so you’re not scrambling-
Make nutritious choices more accessible.
✅Supplement smart if you need to-
