We for a peak performance company that helped athletes excel by Mind, Body and spirit
September was a vibe!!
What a night. 🧠🏐
Huge thank you to the Plant High School Volleyball team for coming out to Mental Game Night with Neuro Beast HQ| Peak Performance For Today’s Athlete . We had an absolute blast hosting you.
This group showed up locked in: asking real questions, competing in every drill, and leaning into the work most athletes skip. The mental game. Talent gets you on the court. How you think decides what you do once you’re there.
Every athlete received a brand new VECTOR BALL and new tools to stay composed when the pressure hits. We can’t wait to see how you carry it into the rest of the season, Panthers. 🐾
Grateful for the coaches and parents who made this happen, and thank you to Eye On Ball for fueling the night.

We couldn’t be prouder of Blk.tarzan on his commitment to Tulsa Men's Basketball! 🙌
Watching his journey has been something special. He’s a gifted athlete with a relentless motor and top-tier explosiveness, the kind of player who changes the energy of a gym the second he steps on the floor. But talent alone doesn’t get you here.
What stands out most to me is his mental and spiritual fortitude. He shows up with purpose, stays grounded when things get hard, and plays with a confidence that comes from knowing who he is. That foundation is what separates good athletes from great ones, and it’s why I know this is only the beginning.
Tulsa is getting more than a player. They’re getting a leader, a competitor, and a man of faith. Proud of you, AB.
Here are a few coordination drills we use to train deceleration and rhythm using just a 🎾. By adding an external stimulus we are teaching three body to execute the movement with less effort and conscious control.
Add these to your training regimen today and get wired to win.
10 reasons foot elevated plyometrics are great for athletes 👇
1. Trains the stretch shortening cycle without fully loading the leg. Most young athletes aren’t ready for full weight bearing yet.
2. Builds the calf and shin complex directly. The two areas that break down first in growing athletes.
3. Front foot elevated loads dorsiflexion and the tibialis anterior. That’s deceleration insurance.
4. Rear foot elevated trains the toe-off position. Forefoot and Achilles in the exact angle sprinting demands.
5. Split stance exposes asymmetries a two-foot jump hides. You’re never on two feet in a game.
6. Tendon conditioning. Low amplitude, high frequency loading builds tolerance without the pounding.
7. Teaches short ground contact. Elastic quality is a timing skill before it’s a strength quality.
8. The elevation constrains cheating. Sloppy reps get exposed instantly, so quality stays high.
9. Growth spurt insurance. When limbs get long and coordination goes sideways, this keeps the spring online.
10. It’s the on-ramp. Athletes earn full-load jumping by proving the mechanics here first.
The foundation isn’t the boring part. It’s the part the ceiling sits on.

In-season doesn’t mean maintenance. It means precision.
Distance runners break down where the mileage stacks up — the same joints, the same angles, thousands of times a week.
We don’t add fatigue on top of that.
We add resilience underneath it.
Here’s the why behind every rep:
🔻 Reverse Sled — quad and knee strength with zero eccentric load. Builds the tissue without buying the soreness.
🔻 Step Downs — teaches the knee and hip to control descent. That’s every foot strike on every hill.
🔻 DB Pullovers — opens the ribcage and lats. More space to breathe is more oxygen at mile 4.
🔻 Pull Ups — a real arm drive comes from a strong back, not tired shoulders.
🔻 SL RDL — one leg is always on the ground when you run. Train the posterior chain the way it works.
🔻 Bird Dog Row — cross-body stability. Same pattern as your stride, just slowed down enough to own it.
🔻 Jefferson Curls — spine control segment by segment. Hamstrings that bend instead of break.
🔻 Reverse Cable Crunch — anterior core, pelvis locked.
Posture doesn’t collapse when the last mile does.
Nothing in this session is random.
Every movement has a purpose and specific intention.

Power Training for Hockey Athletes🏒
Every shift is a series of explosions. First three strides. Cross-over into the corner. Absorb a hit and stay square. Rotate through the puck and let the shot go before the D closes.
None of that is built by skating harder. It’s built by teaching the nervous system to fire more motor units, faster, and to do it in every direction the game demands.
That’s what this block is doing:
→ Heavy, unilateral pressing builds force through a split stance — the same asymmetrical base you live in on the ice.
→ Multi-directional bounds train lateral force absorption and redirection. That’s edge work, that’s change of direction, that’s staying on your feet through contact.
→ Rotational throws teach the hips to transfer power up the chain into the stick.
→ Posterior chain and hip extension work builds the stride and armors the groin and hip flexors against the injuries that end seasons.
Strength is the foundation. Power is the expression. You need both — a strong athlete who can’t produce force quickly is just a slow athlete with good numbers in the weight room.
Train the tissue. Train the signal. Then go take somebody’s ice.

NEURO BEAST BASKETBALL HAS ARRIVED!
Most basketball training builds players who look good in drills.
We build players who read the game faster than it moves.
CONSTRAINT-LED APPROACH
We don’t script the answer. We shape the environment so the right read emerges under pressure — smaller space, live bodies, real consequence. The skill sticks because the brain solved it, not because it copied it.
QUIET EYE TRAINING
Elite shooters and passers hold their gaze longer and steadier before they act. It’s measurable. It’s trainable. Most gyms have never heard of it. We coach it every session.
COGNITIVE-MOTOR TRAINING
Decision and movement loaded at the same time — because the game never asks you to think *or* move. It asks for both, at speed, while tired, with the season on the line.
This is modern player development. Not more reps. The right reps, under the right stress, wiring the athlete you’re becoming.

Train from a settled identity.
Most athletes train to prove something. Every rep is an audition. Every miss is evidence. That’s not discipline — that’s fear wearing a jersey.
A settled athlete doesn’t train to become someone. They train because they already are.
Your nervous system knows the difference. Proving spikes threat. Settled builds capacity. One drains you. One compounds.
“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7
The identity comes first. The work confirms it.
Settle it before you step in. 🧠
